Well, that's my name for this t shirt and leggings in lovely soft cotton jersey (from http://www.dotsnstripes.co.uk/) which I've made using patterns from Ottobre Design. I think it took me longer to match up all the stripes that it did to sew all the rest!
The material called Sari Blooms caught mine and my daughter's eye in London earlier this year when we saw it displayed on a model. I've used this Roxy pattern from Farbenmix lots of times to make dresses and blouses, so to do something different I used the pattern that last year made a dress to make a long tunic to match some leggings and a cardigan that my daughter loves.
Last year it was a skirt....this year it's a tunic! Since it was rather too short as a skirt for this summer I made a bodice from the Farbenmix pattern Tini and added the bottom of last years skirt without even having to undo the gathering threads to recycle it into a tunic.
Well, for me that's a good name for it. With my daughter having grown at least 8cm so far this year she needs a whole new summer wardrobe, so I've got lots of pictures to post and lots still to do, but this is one of my favourites so far...
