Autumn Colours

That's what I though of as soon as I saw this lovely sweatshirt fabric with its warm brown tones It's taken me several years however to decide what to use it for, but I finally decided to use a well loved dress pattern one last time before Chloe grows out of the pattern as well!

With which I thought a lime green top (and tights!) would look nice....

Noelle (part 2)

I've been wanting to make the 'Tippy' top from the Winter 2008 issue of Ottobre Design for some time, and at long last an elegant turtleneck top was in order....

Noelle (Part 1)

I finished this lovely velvet skirt on Tuesday and Chloe couldn't wait to try it on as soon as she got home. It was cool enough she was happy to keep it, so I got the opportunity to take some photos...

Autumn Collection

As September can bring such a mix of weather I've started on a few autumnal outfits that can be worn anytime from now onwards....

Farbenmix Zilli denim skirt and long sleeve tee shirt from Ottobre Design

I had great fun creating my own pattern for the Eiffle Tower, ironing it on and then filling in the dots. It took a while but I'm very pleased, and most importantly, so is Chloe, with the result!

Sara skirt in embroidered black denim and long sleeved tee shirt both patterns from Ottobre Design. The tee shirt was made from a tee shirt of mine that was too low cut at the front, so I'm very happy with my bit of upcycling!

Dots and Stripes

Well I had to give this post that title because thet's where these lovely fabrics came from.....

The dress is the Nana knitted dress from Ottobre Design Winter 08 with a long sleeve turtleneck top underneath, also made from an Ottobre pattern but in the Autumn 07 issue.
