These have been on my wish to sew list for some time, but I'd never been totally happy with my ideas of fabric combinations... until yesterday, when inspiration struck and I got to work....

I finished them this morning and as soon as Chloe got home from school she voluntered to try them on, and then didn't want to take them off! Oh well, I'm glad they're so comfortable.

Little did I know when I learnt about pi nearly 25 years ago that I would one day need to remember all these formula in order to make a new swimming bag for my daughter!

I combined a Japanese dress and top pattern to make this tunic style top. It was nearly warm enough today for Chloe to wear it, but we didn't want to be too optimistic!!!
